Hi, everyone. This post is just to keep everyone up to date on the things going on. We are sending out a newsletter to the community through Specialty Management and a copy is available online for your information.
The board has voted to re-landscape the front entrance and replace trees and plants that have died and add different, hardier plants that look better year round. We will also be protecting the area around the water meter so that it isn’t so hard for residents to turn off the water and contact the board if they see a leak, thereby saving us irrigation money.
Our jasmine is starting to come in along the retention pond and should be looking pretty good come the end of this year. I do think this will lead to less noise and a more pleasant look for our entrance and community.
Also, we’d like to try and start a group within our community that helps members in need. This is about building community and helping members that are going through tough times. We hope you join the effort.
Finally, we will be coming out with a dates for at least one and possibly 2 community gatherings this year. Stay tuned for more information.
